Timo Chen is a composer, music producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist.  He began studying piano at the age of five, and continued studying classical music into college.  Upon graduating, Chen moved to Asia and began to make a living through touring with popular bands.  Sometime later, Chen moved back to the United States and was offered the opportunity to work with Academy Award-winning film maker Chris Tashima on his short film, “Day of Independence.”  Since then, Chen’s career has taken flight.  He is currently composing for television (“ABC News”, “Access Hollywood”, Primetime Emmy’s), various commercials, and award-winning independent films.
