My personal favorite on the list, George Shaw is a young composer climbing the ranks to become the next big thing in the realm of film music.  He is classically trained, and is able to produce scores that encompass practically any musical style or element—he does it all.  In his music, he tends to accompany the subject at hand with the fitting emotion, following the mood of the moment or the character.  Shaw studied at USC, and is becoming quite successful for a composer of his young age.  He is one to look out for!
